How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time without restrictions. Please contact our customer support at support@nightclub.eu. When we receive your cancellation, we will send you an e-mail with the end date of your subscription.

What can I do with a Membership?
You can access ALL our network sites listed in the Sites Menu. On each site you can watch ALL movies. No restrictions, just pure adult entertainment.

How many new videos do I get?
We update at least 250 full DVDs each month. In 2017 we updated 4500 DVDs. The total catalogue has over 10,000 full movies at this present time.

Do I need to cancel?
Yes, if you have a Month, 3 Months, 6 Months or 12 Months membership you have to cancel it before it will recur. If you have a Day Pass you don’t have to cancel. That will not recur.

How secure is my personal data at nightclub?
Your data is absolutely secure with us and we guarantee that they will not be used for third-party purposes or given to third parties without your consent.  For more information visit our Privacy Policy. 

How can I Pay?
You can pay with your Bank Account (SEPA) or Master card/Visa credit card.

What should I do if I forget my password?
Step 1: Open the website, click on "Login" and then on "Forgotten Password"
Step 2: Enter your e-mail address, which you entered when registering. 
Step 3: You will receive an e-mail with a new access code to your specified e-mail address. 

On which devices can I use nightclub?
Our website has a responsive web design. The website is displayed differently depending on the screen size and device to ensure a user-friendly experience. You can easily use nightclub with these end devices: PC / Mac, Smart TV, Blu-ray players with internet connection, game console, tablet / smart phone, Google Chromecast and Apple Airplay. Help! My account is blocked. What should I do?
If you can’t watch videos any more please check your account page. 99,99% sure that you forgot to pay your membership fee. If this isn't the case just contact us and we will fix it the same day.
